Mountain trekking: According to nutrition expert, trekking is one of the best workouts as it helps to burn fat easily.
Cardio and weight training: If time is a constraint, combination of  both weight training and cardiovascular exercises in the available time  would help a lot. However, if time is not a constraint, start with  weight lifting which would enable the body to use the reserve glucose  first and ready you to burn fat. Also, starting with cardio part would  make you feel fatigued as it would use glucose. Thus, the recommended  way is to start with weight lifting and end with cardiovascular exercise
 If you want to be fit  by performing endurance or performance skills, biking, hiking, and  marathons are the most productive ways to achieve it. However,  overstraining of muscles is to be avoided as it may cause injury.
Besides these, outdoor exercises on the beach with a game of  volleyball or just a long walk on the beach is in itself a great  workout. Also, walking barefoot on the sand is good for the calves.
