Des Moines Homes today announce the launch of their leading Des Moines homes portal,
Steven Twalling, Vice President of marketing for Des Moines Homes stated that this new portal will allow Des Moines area residents and investors to find foreclosed properties in the Des Moines area. “Des Moines has not been immune to the collapse of the housing industry or the after effects of the current recession. Des Moines, like most all other communities around the United States has suffered from mass job losses, which in return has forced many people to return their homes to their lenders.
These lenders do not want to own this real estate and are taking drastic measures to resell foreclosed property. What we have done is to create access to a nationwide search engine that allows consumers to see a complete listings of Des Moines homes that have been foreclosed upon and are now for resell by lenders.
