There was a wreck over on Williamson Road, right in front of Rally's (Where you were actually thinking about stopping for a burger). You pulled into the drive-thru and lo and behold, there was a car in front of you with the best bumper sticker you had seen in a while. You laughed pretty hard for a few minutes but once you were back out on the main road, you were stuck in traffic again, waiting for the wreck to be cleaned up.
You had nowhere to look but at the car in front of you and they had a huge sticker on their back window. It had a local bookstore's name and phone number on it, and right at that very moment you were thinking about how bad you needed to pick up a new novel to read. As soon as that traffic jam was over, you went right to the bookstore.
Did you just see the power of stickers? Funny stickers make you laugh, other stickers advertise a business. If you're a small business owner, imagine that stickers could do for your shop? How can you use them?
Consider putting your business on your vehicle! As much driving as you do, there would be nearly a hundred people all over town seeing your business. All it takes is your business' name and contact information and you'll have people knocking before you know it.
Take it to another level by making that sticker funny. You know how funny stickers can attract attention to one's car, so why not let that be your car and your business?
These stickers do not just have to go on your vehicle, though. You can put them in other places as well. If you haven't sprung for business cards yet, consider purchasing stickers that double as business cards. The people to whom you give them will be less likely to lose them if they're sticking them to things.
Moreover, promote your business with stickers by handing them out to people. No matter who you are, being handed something for free makes a person feel good, even if it is just a little bumper sticker.
