Groups and countries they represent. And though most groups spend countless hours putting passion and care into the design of their flags, it seems that the flagpoles that hold them aren’t given the same care and attention.
Unlike the usual advertising flags and sports flags that are usually raised along the outskirts of the university, the school’s prestigious school flag was inadvertently raised incorrectly due to a severe lack of quality in their newly installed campus flagpoles.
Ironically, university officials state, these flagpoles were designed to properly hoist their very much revered school flags, and to set them apart from the usual advertising flags and sports flags. Instead, what was thought to begin in triumph ended in tragedy. As the school’s many advertising flags and sports flags blew along the outskirts of the campus, their own school flag lay tattered on the ground.
Community officials recognize that flagpoles of any sort, whether they are designed to hold advertising flags, sports flags, national flags or university flags, should be tested and sturdy enough to make sure that they act and function properly. University officials have tried contacting the original supplier of their flag poles only to be returned with vague assurances of refunds and reinstallations.
