Using Screen Capture Videos For Improving Your Business

These nifty screencasts have been used by software companies for years to demonstrate sofware products or to educate customers.  Have you ever thought of using them to improve your business.

If not, perhaps you should....and here is why.
Screen Capture videos are a fast way to create content that can improve customer service, convey a message, educate customers, and improve SEO all at the same time.  Best of all, screen capturing is quick, and very inexpensive, whether you do it yourself or hire a pro.

Perhaps the most obvious use of screen capture videos is for educating someone on how to use a software product, web site or service.
By providing screencasts which show customers how to use your product, you save time and resources that may have been spent answering simple yet common customer questions.  This frees you up to do what you do best - create new products.
Demonstration
Screen Capture videos can also be used as a marketing tool for your business.  What better way to entice customers, then to show them your product or service in action.

In order to make this happen, you will need a plan, which includes knowing your targeted keywords, and using those keywords in the names, titles and descriptions of your videos.  You must also make sure that you use your website in the descriptions of each video.

Furthermore, as an added bonus.  If you are a local business and interested in ranking on the Google Maps, you should also include your address and phone number, and make sure they match your Google Places listing.
